EXHIBITOR HOURS: Set-up: 8am – 9am / Breakdown: 2:30-3:30pm
EXHIBITOR PARKING: Exhibitors will be able to pull into the Park parking area to unload, then all vehicles must be moved to the Train Station parking lot and/or other approved parking areas.
*COST: $200 per exhibit booth / $150 per exhibit booth for EARLY BIRD payment by March 1 / $75 for non-profits
*Includes descriptive listing in the WellFest program
Your fee reserves a space approximately 10’ deep x 15’ wide. A 10’ x 10’ tent will fit into this space.
Exhibitors must provide their own tents (if using), tables and chairs.
No electricity will be provided.
Maryland Sales Tax of 6% is the responsibility of the individual exhibitor.
WellFest does not supply application forms for taxes.
Sponsorships are available at $500, $1000, $2500 and $5000 levels. All sponsorship levels include an exhibit table, a program advertisement, and a sponsor listing on the cover! Click here for Sponsorship info.
