As well as being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) practitioner, Sarah also holds designations in retirement income planning and socially responsible investing. Saving Lives Together: CPR Basics for Community Heroes

Hands-only CPR is a lifesaving technique used to revive an adult who has suddenly collapsed and is not breathing. It is a critical skill that can greatly increase the chances of survival for someone in cardiac arrest. The aim of this class is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to confidently and effectively perform hands-only CPR until emergency medical services arrive. This is a non-certification course.
