• Date: Thursday, October 19, 2023. Exhibitors set up October 18, 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. and/or October 19, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  ***EXHIBITOR HOURS*** 8:00 a.m.-12:00p.m.; breakdown 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
• Location: Gymnasium – Kent County Family YMCA, 200 Scheeler Road, Chestertown, MD. Parking lot adjacent to facility.
• Cost: $200 per table or $75 for non-profits (8-foot folding table and 2 chairs provided)
  Exhibitors provide table covering.
  Includes descriptive listing in the event program
  • Numerous free health screenings to assess your personal health and potential health
    risks
  • Many exhibitors, both non-profit organizations and local businesses. Extensive
    information will be available to attendees.
• Role of Exhibitors: Exhibitors will be the key attraction at the Health and Wellness Expo. Exhibitors
  will be arranged in the gymnasium and attendees will be able to visit exhibitors and obtain information on services and/or products available, with emphasis on those that promote self-manage health, wellness and safety issues.
