HomePorts is a community builder. We bring neighbors together through volunteering, social activities and community engagement.
Along with our annual Health Expo, HomePorts is planning a number of fundraising events and local activities.
Membership is available to those over 55 years old in Kent County and the adjacent area in Queen Anne’s County within the 21620 zip code. Annual membership fees cover one household.
Financial assistance is available to those with limited resources. A six- month trial membership is available to new members at a reduced cost.
HomePorts provides an essential link to the community through the help of skilled and dedicated volunteers … a critically important resource to our members who provide transportation assistance, home visits, and errands for members.
