Staying Healthy at Home as We Age – Planning Ahead to Meet the Challenges

Sassafras @ 10:00 a.m.

This breakout session will outline questions to ask and address as we age and need to plan NOW for changes in our daily activity.

Will I need to make some changes in the way my home is set up?

If I need some help in the home, what type of service is available and how will I know what I need?

What services will Medicare cover?

Roadblocks and solutions to staying at home as we age will be discussed including the need to plan ahead, the importance of advocacy and families as case managers and setting a course to navigate the present and future healthcare system.”
