Cheryl Bush is a Family and Consumer Sciences educator for University of Maryland Extension. She offers practical knowledge and experience as a registered dietitian of 35 years in clinical, administrative, culinary service, home health and community education. Her recent program development has focused on chronic disease prevention nutrition education and food preservation. She holds a Master’s degree from the Coordinated Dietetic Internship/Master’s in Nutrition program from Case Western Reserve University. Cheryl is a proud new grandma of an active little man and also vicariously enjoys beautiful Italy as her daughter started her professional life in Vicenza this summer!
